Seis cabinas telefónicas situadas nos Aliados foram alvo de intervenções de arte urbana com a ajuda de graffiti, instalações e stencil. O espanhol Okuda, o italiano Fra.Biancoshock, e os portugueses Hazul, Mesk, Costah e o coletivo Chei Krew, são os artistas responsáveis pelas obras patentes nos Aliados, numa iniciativa que contou com a parceria da Portugal Telecom, numa extensão da exposição ao exterior do Edifício AXA, desde sempre preconizada, e que reforça o envolvimento da exposição com o dia a dia da principal avenida da cidade.

 

Six phone booths set along the Aliados Avenue have suffered urban art interventions using graffiti, installations and stencil. The Spanish Okuda, the Italian Fra.Biancoshock and the Portuguese Hazul, Mesk, Costah and the collective Chei Krew are the artists responsible for the works displayed along the Aliados Avenue – an initiative in partnership with Portugal Telecom, bringing the AXA Building exhibition out on the street and strengthening its association with the first avenue in the city’s daily life.
